Why is it important that your product is designed and manufactured entirely in the United States?

It’s far cheaper to outsource production outside the US, but here at Charge Method we feel that it is more important to provide our customers with a quality product that they will be able to use for many years to come.  Durability, usability, and ethical business practices are most important to us, so we create our product in our own country.

Do customized items take longer to ship?

When you brand your own custom design, the shipment is delayed because the custom wrap must be designed, printed, and applied. Once we’ve received your artwork on our certified template, the average processing time is only 3-5 business days. After your item has been completely branded with your design, you will receive a notification confirming its shipment.

Are the charging cables interchangeable?

The charging cables for PowerMethod are not interchangeable once the item has shipped – however, we can change the cables for you in order to accommodate your needs before we ship. All other ChargeMethod charging station and power box cables can be changed at any time.

Is there a way to order a custom station with only one type of charging cable?

Absolutely – just send us an email with your order number and your request. We will be more than happy to help you out. Please note there may be an additional charge for custom charging cables.

Do you have rapid charging cables?

Our cables provide 2.1 amps of power, which is more powerful than any other charging stations – they allow your phone to charge in approximately 10-20 minutes, depending on your battery level when you first plug in.

Do you give discounts for buying in bulk?

If you plan on ordering in bulk, please contact us. We will be happy to work with you to meet your needs.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by clicking the “Track Your Order” button found at the top of the site. You can also refer to your tracking number supplied in your confirmed shipping email.
